Computer Technician

Your main tasks will be:

• Independently resolve technical issues reported by users within the scope of one's competence, involving colleagues when necessary;

• Prepare computer hardware, install software, and set up workstations;

• Maintain computer hardware and peripheral equipment in working order;

• Manage users and computer hardware;

• Participate in the maintenance and development of the company's information systems.

We expect you to have:

• Ability to understand problems and solve them systematically;

• Goal-oriented mindset and a sense of responsibility;

• Knowledge of Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems;

• Understanding of computer hardware operating principles;

• Basic understanding of computer networks and their operation;

• Good communication skills;

• Good command of Latvian and English.
