Job Description
Design intuitive interfaces for MasonOS across machinists, franchisees and customers.
Design shopfloor UI workflows
Create dashboards and routing visualisations
Conduct user testing with machinists
Collaborate with software engineers
Experience designing industrial or operational software
Strong UX research discipline
Ability to simplify complex workflows
Design the operating system for physical industry
Direct user access to machinists and factory teams
Equity participation
Ability to define industrial UX from scratch
High-autonomy creative ownership
