Role Overview

We're growing fast, and we're looking for a Field Marketer to lead demand generation and campaign execution for our B2B growth. In this hands-on role, you'll be launching demand generation, running events, campaigns, and webinars — turning strategy into measurable pipeline. You'll take full ownership of campaign execution, work closely with our Product Marketing team, and report directly to our CBDO.

Key Responsibilities

• Own demand generation campaigns end-to-end — planning, launch, and results analysis.

• Manage the marketing funnel, from first touch to MQL handoff, keeping sales supplied with qualified leads.

• Organize and run conferences, trade shows, and webinars — logistics, vendor coordination, and post-event analysis. Most events are virtual, with occasional travel required.

• Brief and manage external contractors — designers, videographers, writers — to produce marketing assets on time and on brief.

• Identify, test, and scale new acquisition channels based on performance data.

• Monitor campaign performance using key metrics (CPL, MQL, conversion, ROAS) and translate results into next steps.

• Collaborate with Product Marketing and sales to keep campaigns aligned with company priorities.

Requirements

• Proven, hands-on track record in B2B marketing, with real ownership of campaign execution — not only planning.

• Successful track record of running demand generation or growth campaigns independently, start to finish.

• Experience organizing events (conferences and/or webinars) end-to-end.

• Experience managing external vendors, agencies, or contractors.

• Strong project management skills — comfortable handling multiple campaigns and deadlines at once.

• Results-oriented mindset with a high level of autonomy and responsibility.

• Ability to stay organized and prioritize effectively across several moving parts.

• At least an Upper-Intermediate (B2) level of English.

• Willingness to travel occasionally for key conferences and events.

Nice to have

• Experience with HubSpot or a similar marketing/CRM platform.

• Basic copywriting or visual/design sense — enough to brief well and evaluate vendor output.

• Experience working closely with a sales team on lead handoff and alignment.
