The company was incorporated in the United Kingdom in September 2024 and works from a workshop and test site in the English countryside near Swindon, with engineering also in Oslo and operations in Kyiv. Its stated approach is to pair European engineering with Ukrainian wartime iteration, staying close to the operators using the systems so design changes come from front-line feedback rather than long release cycles.

Munin says it went from concept to a working missile prototype in four months and that it holds contracts with the Norwegian and UK defence ministries. Engineering work it describes includes car-mounted missile testing at 200 km/h, destructive testing of 50 missiles to isolate a hardware fault and six launches in a single day with design changes between each one.

The team is small, six people by its own account, and is hiring founding engineers across mechanical design, firmware, controls, computer vision and production. Roles are split between the United Kingdom and Kyiv.
