Its main product is MULTIFONO M800IP, a voice-over-IP communication switching platform that connects radios, telephones and intercoms for air traffic controllers and military operators. It runs on duplicated, parallel-operating hardware with no single point of failure, which the company says gives it a reliability ratio of 99.9999%. SITTI also builds a transportable version of the platform for military field deployments, along with a recording system, a range of operator consoles, clock synchronization equipment and a touch-panel terminal that combines audio management, flight strips, weather data and camera feeds into one workstation.

Customers include the Italian Air Force, which has used SITTI systems to modernise tower operations at bases including Pisa, Decimomannu, Grazzanise and Pantelleria, and ENAV, Italy's air navigation service provider, which runs a MULTIFONO system in the tower at Milan Malpensa airport. In the UK, Air Navigation Solutions selected SITTI to replace voice communication systems at Gatwick and Edinburgh airports, and the European Space Agency's operations centre in Darmstadt, Germany uses a SITTI recording system alongside its 130-plus position communication network.

SITTI employs around 200 people and operates subsidiaries beyond Italy in Brazil, Switzerland, the United States, Turkey and India, plus a second Italian site in Spilamberto, near Modena. In February 2025, Italy's patent and trademark office recognised MULTIFONO as a historic brand of national interest.
