Stormshield is a French cybersecurity company headquartered in Issy-les-Moulineaux that develops network firewalls, endpoint protection software and data encryption products for defence, government and critical infrastructure organisations. It was formed in 2012 when Airbus Defence and Space acquired two French cybersecurity pioneers, Netasq (founded 1998) and Arkoon (founded 2000), and merged them under the Stormshield brand. It operates as a wholly-owned subsidiary of Airbus CyberSecurity.
