About the Role
We are seeking a Control Engineer to tackle all control-related challenges across the missile development portfolio, both at the system and sub-system level. You will architect, develop, and validate robust control solutions that enable autonomous flight, precision guidance, and reliable manoeuvrability.
Key Responsibilities

Design end-to-end control system architectures for the overall homing loop as well as sub-components.

Synthesize and tune controllers using classical (PID, gain scheduling) and modern optimal/robust techniques (LQR, H-infinity, mu synthesis).

Partner with actuation, airframe, propulsion, and electronics teams to ensure control laws are compatible with actuator bandwidth, structural dynamics, and sensor characteristics.

Derive clear control system requirements and maintain configuration baselines throughout the product lifecycle.
We Would Love You to Have

Technical degree in aerospace engineering, cybernetics, electrical engineering, or related field.

Prior experience in control-related fields of aerospace engineering.

Deep expertise in PID, LQR, gain scheduling, inversion-based control, H-infinity tuning, and mu synthesis.

Proficient in model-based design and operational code generation.

Willingness to undergo a background check.
