The Context

As part of our recent integration into the Safran Group, our business is taking on a new dimension. Indeed, this integration allows us to significantly expand and enrich our product range, to accelerate our production ramp-up while benefiting from new synergies and development prospects.

What you’ll accomplish with Syntony GNSS

Under the responsibility of the Production Manager, you will be responsible for the mass or custom manufacturing activities (assembly, assembly, testing) of the equipment marketed by the company. You will be in charge of 50% of the assembly of the equipment and 50% of its testing.

The missions that will be entrusted to you

Preparation of manufacturing according to the work and the production schedule:

• You study the work instructions, procedures and vouchers provided by the Production Manager

• You assemble the electrical and electronic hardware elements (components, wiring)

• You install the Firmware and Software programs

• You configure the equipment for acceptance testing

• You are in charge of the inputs and outputs of components of its production order

Ensure production

• You calibrate equipment in accordance with company procedures and reference signals

• You test the functionalities and put them to the test under the conditions of acceptance

• You configure the equipment for delivery

• You control the quality at the output of the equipment

• You complete the production follow-up documents and acknowledgement of the production

• You prepare deliveries (packaging, accessories, documents, palletizing, etc.)

Job retention

• You ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of your workstation and the professional resources at your disposal.

• You perform first-level maintenance

• You report any malfunctions and propose improvements

The key skills we are looking for

• Read and apply procedures, work orders

• Know the PC architecture, Linux environment

• Assembling electrical components and electronic boards in an industrial PC-like chassis

• Use power tools (drilling, etc.) and manual tools

• Master iron welding techniques

• Identify defects and promote diagnosis in the event of malfunction

• Complete production documents

• Handle sometimes heavy parts (gestures and postures)

About you

With a background in electronics, you have a first experience in the assembly of electronic boards in industrial PC type chassis. You are known for your dexterity, manual dexterity, observation and precision.
