Mechanical Design Engineer (m/f/d)

Department: Engineering / Hardware Development – Design Location: Neufahrn near Freising, Germany Start Date: As soon as possible

Your Responsibilities

Independently design and create all construction and development documents for components, assemblies, prototypes, and rack systems using CAD tools
Prepare manufacturing documents, bills of materials, material master data, and all necessary documentation for smooth order processing
Ensure compliance with contractual specifications such as shock resistance, temperature, maintainability, and relevant quality standards
Create and maintain material master data in Business Central
Clarify technical details and coordinate internally and externally

Your Profile

Degree in mechanical engineering or further qualification as a certified mechanical technician, or a comparable qualification (e.g., university degree)
Solid experience using 3D CAD programs, preferably Autodesk Inventor
Good working knowledge of PDM systems (Autodesk Inventor/Vault, Dynamics 365 Business Central) and MS Office is desirable
Independent, structured, and goal-oriented approach while working in a team
Very good German and good English skills, both written and spoken
