HR Manager (m/f/d)

We are looking for an experienced and motivated HR Manager to play a key role in establishing and developing our Human Resources function. Working closely with senior management, you will help build a modern, scalable HR organization that supports our continued growth.

Your main tasks:

• Build and continuously develop a professional Human Resources function

• Design, implement, and optimize HR processes, policies, and best practices

• Recruit, develop, and lead a high-performing HR team

• Partner with senior management and business leaders on all HR-related matters

• Take ownership of the full recruitment lifecycle, from workforce planning and job postings to candidate selection and hiring

• Develop and implement innovative talent acquisition strategies to strengthen our employer brand

• Design and establish structured onboarding processes to ensure outstanding employee experience

• Drive employee engagement, retention, and talent development initiatives

• Support the implementation and continuous improvement of digital HR systems and processes

• Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR regulations in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders

• Contribute to the development of a positive company culture and support organizational growth
