Overview:
unival group is recruiting an HR Manager to join our team on a full-time basis at our headquarters in Bonn, Germany.
Role Summary:
To manage and continuously develop the company’s day-to-day HR operations, ensuring efficient and compliant HR processes throughout the entire employee lifecycle. The role covers recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, HR administration, and personnel documentation while supporting managers and employees in all HR-related matters.
Working closely with the management team, the HR Manager will also provide executive support by coordinating meetings, preparing documentation, assisting with internal projects, and supporting day-to-day business operations. The role requires a proactive approach to maintaining HR policies, ensuring compliance with employment legislation, and contributing to the continuous improvement of HR processes and the overall employee experience.
The HR Manager will collaborate with all departments to support business growth, strengthen company culture, coordinate training and development activities, and help create a professional, organized, and engaging work environment. In addition, the role includes maintaining accurate HR records, coordinating recruitment activities, and assisting with internal communication and organizational initiatives.
Essential Requirements:

Very good German and English language skills (written and spoken), as the role requires regular communication with employees, candidates, and business partners in an international environment.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trusted relationships at all levels of the organization.

High level of discretion and the ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.

Reliable, organized, and proactive way of working.

Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within an international team.

Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Good knowledge of German labour law and HR best practices, with the willingness to stay up to date with changes in employment legislation and HR developments.

Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with HR software is an advantage.

Valid Category B driving licence.

Previous experience in a similar role.
