Overview:

unival group is recruiting a Junior Field Service Technician with electrical/electronics equipment experience to join the German technical team on a full-time basis at our headquarters in Bonn, Germany.

Role Summary:

To support the installation, commissioning, maintenance, and servicing of unival equipment in Germany and central Europe while ensuring the highest standards of technical quality and customer satisfaction. The role involves planning, preparing, and carrying out equipment installations, providing operator and engineer training, and delivering both on-site and remote technical support to customers, distributors, and service partners.

Working closely with the Technical Support Engineers, Technical Support Coordinator, Sales Team, and Project Management Team, you will troubleshoot technical issues, support the successful execution of customer projects, and ensure the smooth delivery of service activities. The role also includes preparing and maintaining technical documentation, service reports, and installation records while ensuring compliance with company procedures, service standards, and health and safety requirements.

As part of our Technical Team, you will contribute to the continuous improvement of technical processes, service documentation, and best practices. You will share your technical expertise with colleagues, customers, and partners while supporting the development of innovative and efficient service solutions.

The position requires a proactive, hands-on, and solution-oriented approach, excellent communication skills, and a willingness to travel internationally. As a representative of unival group, you will build strong relationships with customers and partners, delivering professional technical support and outstanding service while contributing to the success of our global projects.

Essential Requirements:
  • Very good German and English language skills (written and spoken), as the role requires regular communication in an international business environment.

  • Valid Category B driving licence.

  • Valid passport and willingness to travel, where required.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Reliable, organized, and proactive way of working.

  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within an international team.

  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
