We provide hyper-efficient software to companies wanting to gain an edge with quantum computing and artificial intelligence. About the Role

We are seeking a Strategic Account Executive to drive new business growth and expand our presence in the Industrial & Utilities sector. This role focuses on identifying, qualifying, and closing high-value deals with enterprises in manufacturing, energy, water utilities, and related industries.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities in the Industrial & Utilities sector

  • Develop and execute strategic account plans for high-value prospects

  • Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract closure

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with C-suite executives and key decision-makers

  • Present our quantum computing and AI solutions to technical and business stakeholders

  • Collaborate with product engineers and consultants to develop tailored solutions

  • Conduct market research to identify industry trends and competitive landscape

  • Track and report on sales metrics, pipeline, and forecasting

What we are looking for:

  • 5+ years of B2B enterprise sales experience

  • Proven success selling complex solutions to industrial and manufacturing companies

  • Understanding of Industrial 4.0, automation, and advanced analytics

  • Strong network within the Italian industrial sector is highly valuable

  • Track record of selling to C-level executives

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills

  • Self-motivated with proven ability to work independently

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field

  • Fluent in Italian and English
