Test Systems Engineer

We are looking for a Test Systems Engineer!

At DigitalPlatforms, we design and implement end-to-end IoT, Cyber ​​Security, and ICT solutions for public administrations and leading companies managing critical infrastructure, in Italy and abroad.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for someone specialized in the design, maintenance, and optimization of systems and test benches for electronic products.

Along with essential technical skills, the candidate must possess excellent interpersonal skills, which are essential to creating the pleasant and stimulating work environment that characterizes our company.

The person will be placed at our Cadeo office.

Main responsibilities :

• taking charge of current test systems, ensuring correct functioning, continuous updating and optimization based on production needs

• responsibility for the maintenance of the test benches, for the analysis of non-conformities that emerge during the tests

• technical production support

• Collaboration with engineering, quality and production departments to ensure full product compliance with technical and regulatory requirements

• execution of functional and performance tests

• data collection and product traceability management aimed at quality and failure analysis

• reporting defects and feedback to production and/or R&D by opening Non-Conformities

• training of testing area operators in the correct use of equipment and correct execution of tests

• assistance and management of the resolution of anomalies that emerge during the testing phases

• test systems implementation (requirements analysis, definition of test specifications, design and management of test systems and manual, automatic, or semi-automatic test benches).

Requirements :

• 1 – 5 years of experience in the field

• Degree or diploma in technical disciplines (preferably electrical engineering or electronics) or equivalent training

• experience, even brief, in electronic testing or testing of boards and systems

• knowledge of measuring instrumentation

• good technical analysis and problem solving skills

• Knowledge of test automation software tools and complementary programming languages.
