The Role

Osavul seeks a proactive Solutions Engineer for a remote role serving as the bridge between business development, technical teams, and clients throughout their partnership lifecycle.

What You'll Do

• Partner with Business Development during discovery and pre-sales phases

• Conduct live product demonstrations tailored to various stakeholder levels

• Serve as primary client contact post-contract signing

• Translate client requirements into actionable technical requests

• Oversee implementation milestones and maintain goal alignment

• Address client inquiries and coordinate issue resolution

• Monitor satisfaction and identify expansion opportunities

• Prepare structured reports and analytical dashboards

Requirements

• 3+ years in client-facing roles (Customer Success, Account Management, Project Management)

• Strong understanding of digital products, data workflows, or AI solutions

• Proficiency with Large Language Models

• Excellent communication skills for technical and executive audiences

• Proven experience managing enterprise or government client relationships

• Strong organizational skills for multiple concurrent projects

• Fluent English (written and spoken)

• Willingness to travel for client meetings and events

• Client-centric mindset with proactive problem-solving orientation

Nice to Have

• Background in information security or defense technology

• Experience with data-driven systems or AI/ML platforms

• Technical expertise in Python or SQL
