Its core lines include the 100, 700 and 900 Series deep diving systems plus the compact Minisat saturation unit, submarine rescue equipment built around the SAVER system developed with Saipem, and hyperbaric oxygen therapy chambers sold under the HOT Series. On the defence side, Drass builds the DGK compact submarine for covert shallow-water operations and the DS8 swimmer delivery vehicle, which carries up to eight combat divers to a target area. The company fabricates its own pressure vessels, welded assemblies and pipework in house, holding DNV type approval for pressure hoses rated to 800 bar.

Customers include the Italian, Romanian, Belgian and Brazilian navies alongside offshore contractors such as Subsea 7, Technip and Boskalis. In 2020 a submarine rescue system co-developed with Saipem was selected by the Italian Navy, and in 2023 Drass signed a contract with shipbuilder T. Mariotti to supply the saturation diving system and diving simulator for the navy's new SDO-SuRS submarine rescue ship. Production runs across two countries, with the original Livorno site in Italy joined by a plant in Ghiroda, Romania that builds mini-saturation systems and air diving chambers, and a commercial office in Dubai covering Middle East customers.
