A 400 mm surface-to-surface tactical ballistic missile fired from a multiple-launch rocket system, with a stated range of up to 280 km, or 300 km in the guided version. It carries a 200 kg high-explosive fragmentation warhead and uses inertial navigation that can be combined with GPS.
