Overview

Marduk Technologies focuses on the development of electro-optical systems for drone detection, classification, and targeting. Our products combine precision mechanics, electronics, and sensing to counteract UAV's. We're hiring a Field Deployment Engineer to execute on-site demonstrations, perform operational checks and troubleshooting. This is a hands-on role focused on installation quality and system setup. You'll work closely with our engineering and development teams to ensure demos are clean, consistent, and reliable.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain deployment equipment and materials.

• Perform on-site installation and demonstration.

• Perform basic troubleshooting across mechanical, electrical, and networking components.

• Flag recurring issues to engineering.

• Ensure installations meet internal quality and safety standards.

• Participate in international travel for product demonstrations.

Requirements

• Has technical training in mechanical, electrical, robotics, or a related field OR equivalent hands-on experience in installing or servicing connected hardware systems.

• Has a minimum of 1 year of experience in hardware installation or similar hands-on technical work.

• Comfortable using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic software.

• Can follow installation documentation.

• Approaches troubleshooting logically and knows when to escalate more complex issues.

• Communicates clearly and confidently.

• Has a drivers license.

• Comfortable with business travel.

• Familiarity with software systems.
