Process & Quality Manager (f/m/d)

eleQtron develops and operates full-stack quantum computers based on trapped-ion technology. Quantum computing is a new computing paradigm rapidly approaching commercial viability.

Responsibilities:

As a Process & Quality Manager, you will lead the development and implementation of end-to-end quality and process frameworks for our quantum computing systems. In this role, you will drive our process orientation across the whole organization and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

• Build and implement robust quality and process frameworks from the ground up

• Define, enforce, and continuously improve quality standards across design, manufacturing, and operations

• Analyze operational and system data to identify inefficiencies

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure processes are applied effectively

• Monitor and report on key performance metrics

• Lead initiatives in continuous improvement

Required Skills:

• Master's degree in Mechanical, Electronics, or related Engineering discipline

• 5+ years of experience in process or quality management

• Hands-on experience with complex or precision systems

• Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to problem-solving
