Brolis Semiconductors is a high-tech company within Brolis Defence Group, engaged in developing and manufacturing of new generation semiconductor optoelectronic devices and electro-optical systems. BROLIS manufactures and offers products for the defence and security applications, including state-of-the-art laser aiming pointers and illuminators, SWIR and thermal sights, surveillance systems, night vision equipment, filters and related optoelectronic devices, also heavily used in Ukraine.

Our team is expanding, and we are looking for a SUPPLIER QUALITY MANAGER who, together with our purchasing and production teams, would evaluate and control our supplier chain quality.

Key Responsibilities

Adapt and communicate the company’s quality policy, requirements, and standards to suppliers.

Build long-term partnerships with strategic suppliers and consult them on quality process improvements.

Analyze root causes of quality issues together with suppliers and coordinate actions to reduce recurring defect risks.

Plan and conduct supplier audits and regular site visits.

Monitor and analyze supplier performance KPIs including OTIF, Claim Rate, First Pass Yield, and other metrics.

What we expect

Higher technical education or significant practical experience in a technical field; experience in metal and/or plastic processing industries is an advantage.

Experience conducting supplier audits or implementing quality improvement projects is a strong plus.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to build partnership-based relationships with internal teams and suppliers.

Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions based on performance metrics.

Fluency in English and Lithuanian.

Salary of 2900-3700 Eur gross, depending on your skills, professional experience, and competencies.
