Responsibilities

Prepare standard optical components according to established instructions, procedures, and quality requirements.

Follow cleanroom discipline, safety procedures, and proper handling practices to ensure component integrity and product quality.

Perform optical component cleaning, inspection, and preparation processes according to defined standards.

Load and unload products into production equipment and vacuum coating systems following approved procedures.

Perform visual quality inspections and identify potential defects, escalating concerns when necessary.

Maintain workplace organization, equipment readiness, and compliance with 5S and operational standards.

Ensure assigned tasks are completed accurately, on time, and according to priorities.

Support inventory organization and proper storage of customer orders and production materials.

Learn from experienced specialists and continuously develop technical knowledge and practical skills in optical manufacturing.

Required superpowers

Bachelor's degree (or currently studying) in Physics, Engineering, Technology, Materials Science, Chemistry, or a related technical field.

Experience in a laboratory, manufacturing, technical, or engineering environment is an advantage.

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions consistently.

Quick learner with a willingness to develop new technical skills and knowledge.

Familiarity with MS tools.
-
Lithuanian C1-C2 and English B2-C1.
