Roman Rozbroj is the founder and editor of DefenceJobs.org, an independent map of innovative defence-technology companies and open roles across Europe. He started the project to make Europe's fast-growing defence sector legible to engineers, scientists and operators considering work in the industry.
Based in Tallinn, Roman has spent the last several years tracking the European defence-tech ecosystem from startups to primes. The site covers more than 1000 companies across 30+ countries and is built around original profiles, country reports and sector analyses.
