Main responsibilities:

We are currently looking for a experienced System Test Engineer to join our international aerospace team in Switzerland with a focus in planning, executing, and supporting system-level testing activities within the Iron Bird Test Facility (IBTF).

Main responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and execute system-level test activities on Iron Bird test benches.

• Support the operation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of test rigs and facilities.

• Define test procedures, test configurations, and verification methods.

• Assess and maintain the representativeness of test rigs relative to the target system.

• Support test rig design, implementation, commissioning, and troubleshooting activities.

Required qualifications and experience:

• Degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.

• Experience in system testing, integration, or verification within complex engineering environments.

• Knowledge of aircraft systems and system-level testing principles.

• Experience with test bench operation, test planning, and test execution.

• Strong technical problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work with a high level of responsibility and ownership.

• Fluent English (C1) required, German is a plus
