Co stojí za růstem české obranné scény?+
Tři souběžné faktory. Ruská invaze na Ukrajinu v únoru 2022 otevřela poptávku po dronech, munici a komunikacích a řada českých firem se stala dodavatelem Kyjeva. Druhým je závazek vlády držet obranný rozpočet na 2 %ech HDP, pro rok 2026 jde o zhruba 4 miliardy eur. Třetím je účast v Článku 3, evropském dronovém programu, který přitahuje investice do domácího vývoje. Tyto tři osy dohromady vytvořily podmínky pro novou vlnu startupů.
Exportují české obranné startupy?+
Ano a ve velkém. Primoco UAV provozuje drony v desítkách zemí. Dronetag dodává Remote ID vysílače globálně, Vrgineers má piloty v několika NATO armádách. Inflatech vyváží nafukovací návnady do spojeneckých zemí. Ukrajina je klíčovým odběratelem napříč segmenty. Export je u českých firem pravidlem, ne výjimkou, protože domácí trh je příliš malý na to, aby sám utáhl výzkum a sériovou výrobu. Firmy od začátku plánují obchodní strategii v logice NATO a partnerských zemí.
Čím se obranná firma na tomto portálu liší od běžné technologické firmy?+
Musí stavět produkty primárně pro obranné nebo vojenské zákazníky. Softwarový startup prodávající bankám se sem nedostane, i kdyby technologicky uměl to samé co obranný dodavatel. Požadujeme doložitelnou práci na systémech pro Armádu ČR, NATO, spojenecké ozbrojené síly nebo Ukrajinu, ať už jde o drony, munici, senzory, EW, soldier systems nebo obranný software. Zaměření zákazníka je klíčové kritérium, technologická blízkost k civilnímu sektoru nestačí.
